**What We Need**:
As a Cloakroom Attendant, you will play an essential part in our guests’ journey, as you’ll provide the first impression of our brand. Your role is to keep personal belongings safe and return them to the owners when they leave the venue.

**_This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 2, and a wage up to £10.42 _**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival at the cloakroom.
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out of their belongings, ensuring each item is carefully stored and returned.
- Issue tickets or receipts for checked items and manage the retrieval process efficiently.
- Maintain, organize, and keep the cloakroom area clean at all times.
- Keep track of all items, ensuring that they are stored securely and handled with care.
- Handle guest queries and provide information as required, maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Report any lost or found items to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures related to cloakroom operations.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, which may include helping in other areas of the establishment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
