Our client, a leading social housing organization in Bristol, is seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team on a contract basis. With a competitive salary range, this role offers the chance to contribute to the management of 3,300 homes and further our mission of providing high-quality housing solutions to our community.
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of properties and estates
- Play a key role in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction with Neighbourhood Services
- Support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer-focused neighbourhood housing service

Preferred Requirements:

- Proficiency in housing and tenancy management
- Experience in low to medium level Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) management
- Ability to perform patch management and estate inspections
- Strong general tenancy management skills
- Flexibility to support ASB responsibilities in the absence of dedicated ASB officers

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant qualification in Housing or Property Management
- Experience within the real estate and property sector
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and policies

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £17.02-£19.07 per hour
