This position provides a vital role in a highly committed, professional team supporting access to treatment for our Embassy-sponsored patients and guaranteeing funding from their sponsors.

To demonstrate a professional, courteous, caring attitude offering consultants, patients and their families a high standard of customer service at all times.
To call and inform the patient if the LOG has not been received a day before the appointment/admission
- To process future booking reports on daily basis, at least 48 hours in advance;
- To re-process future booking for the following day every day to check for extra appointments that have been added on and request additional letters;
- To check the inpatient list for any emergency admission and request the letters of guarantee.
- When missing letters are received to scan on to the EPR system and make notes on to hospital accounting system;
- To attach received missing LOGs to invoices and update missing letters spreadsheet;
