Morrison Water Services is recruiting for an Operative to work on our PMP contract in Burnley.

**As an Operative your responsibilities will include**:

- General site duties and site maintenance
- Maintaining and cleaning plant, equipment, vehicles, and tooling (reporting any defects to the SHEQ team)
- Mobilisation and demobilisation of projects
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of all tasks given
- Assist/support others (both on site and in BWW)
- Comply with all company policies, eg: use of PPE, vehicles, plant, and equipment
- Work as an effective team member to support and achieve company goals
- To be an ambassador of the business and embrace PMP’s vision and values
- Completion of technical courses and practicing new skills gained with other team members when the opportunity arises

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Effective communication skills, timekeeping, and attendance
- The ability to work under supervision accurately, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively and deadlines are met
- Confined space training, site working experience and CSCS card will be an advantage however full training can be provided
- Commitment to own professional development, and driven to enhance and improve skills and knowledge
- Positive, can do/will do attitude
- Openness to new ideas and methods of work
- Willing to work away from home (sometimes for unknown durations)
- A high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools
- Requirement to work outdoors in all weathers
- You must be able to work within a confined space, without restriction and able to comply with PPE rescue harness weight limits
