Rehabilitation Assistant

**Rehabilitation Assistant / Assistant Practitioner Band 3 or Band 4**

**Intermediate Care Reablement Unit - Bridgwater Community Hospital**

**Are you a Therapy Assistant or Assistant Practitioner wanting a new opportunity?**

**Do you have a passion for carrying out rehabilitation programs with people to enable them to reach their desired outcome?**

The successful applicants will be part of a Multidisciplinary team and must be passionate about rehabilitation. Banding will be dependent upon experience and qualifications, or willingness to work towards the desired qualifications once in post.

The successful applicants will work alongside Therapist's and other members of the MDT to support the daily work within the reablement unit environment. As part of the team you will be working with patients who require therapy intervention to regain independence in order to return home to their own environment.

Hours of work for this post is 37.5 per week but we will consider part-time hours also. You may be expected to work in shifts during the week alongside to ensure the full day is supported from a therapy point of view. weekend working will be required.
