**Position: Call Center Representative**

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for connecting our customers with the appropriate service professionals, ensuring the best possible customer service experience for each interaction. This is a hands-on position that allows you to learn all aspects of the company and our services at an immediate benefit.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Educate customers on our services and offer a solution to their problem
- Build lasting relationships with customers to help grow the business
- Offer solutions to problems that may arise and provide customer support when needed
- Become knowledgeable about all aspects of the company and our services (e.g. marketing, sales, technology)
- Additional duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire for long-term employment with an opportunity for growth
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multi-task
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: £22,727.00-£24,218.00 per year
