**Job description**

**Key tasks**
- Provide general research and analytical support to the team.
- Assist in writing thought pieces, generating research output and market commentary for internal and external use.
- Provide market research covering both the investment and occupational markets.
- Working as part of the portfolio management team and coordinating with the transaction and asset managers together with the finance team.
- Active involvement in the investment process including product development, transaction management (acquisitions and realisations), portfolio performance analysis and quarterly reporting.
- Analyse new investment opportunities in the UK in Microsoft Excel. While maintaining and creating Portfolio and Fund models for each of the Residential Mandates.
- Analysis of senior debt finance propositions, where appropriate.
- Preparation of Investment Committee memorandums - acquisition and realisation.
- Support the asset management team with modelling business plans and generating quarterly investor reports.
- Support client facing meetings and have input / responsibility for preparing pitch documents and supporting material.

**Key skills**
- 3 years relevant work experience in the real estate industry (experience of residential would be a benefit).
- Experience in Investment Management
- Good understanding of real estate investing and asset management.
- Advanced user of the MS Word and PowerPoint.
