**Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Planner required to join a growing team with a brand new Spinningfields office.**

Minimum basic salary £45,000.

Bonus of 25% of NBI income.

End of year bonus includes credit for new recurring income generated in the year as well as new business.

On target earnings in excess of £63,000 (based on a £45,000 starting salary). Unlimited earnings.

Other salary structures available for experienced advisers bringing AUM with them.

An opportunity has arisen to join an exciting, growing Financial Services business with offices in Leigh, Manchester, Nantwich, Bury and Southport.

This position is to be based primarily in the Manchester Office in Spinningfields with some home work allowed.

Each team benefits from admin support and support in terms of leads and clients as well as being expected to generate introductions from existing clients and generate new business if applicable.

**Overall Job Purpose/Summary**
- To generate new business by identifying potential clients through referral, networking and marketing channels.
- To deliver high quality financial planning advice to current and prospective clients in a manner that fulfils their needs and in so doing maximises the likelihood of revenue and profit contribution to the Practice.
- To help clients accomplish financial objectives by assessing financial situation; developing and presenting financial strategies and plans; monitoring changes in financial status and life circumstances.
- To create a relationship between the Practice and its clients that delivers long term mutual value and benefit
- To conduct servicing and review events with existing clients and ensure completion of the minimum standards with clients that are passed to the adviser.
- To work within a team approach to increase revenue and new business income.
- To build the profile of the Practice as the financial planning service provider of choice to its target market.

**Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation**
- Generate new business in agreed target markets through various networking activities including managing relationships between **KBA FS Ltd** and referral sources including our building society agencies.
- Identify opportunities for seminars, sponsorship and other promotional activities to leverage business generation activity
- Liaise with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors and valuers
- Market services by asking for referrals from current clients; meeting prospects at community functions; responding to inquiries; developing promotions; presenting financial planning seminars
- Contact clients and setting up meetings, in an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises

**Provide High Quality Advice**
- Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims
- Assess clients' financial situation by gathering information regarding investments, asset allocation, savings, tax planning, retirement planning, and estate planning; evaluating risk tolerance.
- Analyse information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements
- Develop financial strategies by guiding client to establish financial goals; matching goals to situation with appropriate financial plans.
- Provide technically competent advice to key client segments - e.g. retirees, redundancy and wealth accumulators
- Monitor clients' financial situation by tracking changes in wealth and life circumstances; analysing financial plan results; identifying and evaluating new financial strategies; recommending changes in goals and plans.
- Utilise Cashflow forecasting and full financial planning for clients as well as advice on the suitable products.
- To provide protection advice as a key part of the advice where applicable.

**Client Relationships**
- Effectively manage the relationship between the client and the Practice including the transfer of retainer clients to the ongoing service and providing on a
