**Learning Specialist**

Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Learning Specialist for an excellent social housing organisation based within the Seaham area.

The aim of the role is to act as an internal expert, providing specialist knowledge to the business on all learning matters.

**Responsibilities of the Learning Specialist;**
- Work with the Senior Culture and Learning Partner and Culture Manager to create and deliver an industry leading approach to onboarding that supports delivery of the company Vision
- Support delivery of the Workforce Strategy, developing learning pathways that support and grow exceptional talent and strengthen the skills of our workforce for the future.
- Curate, design and deliver of a range of innovative blended learning opportunities that promote a learning culture across the organisation
- Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of the ongoing performance and development review process including specific accountabilities and performance indicators
- Curate, design and deliver of a range of L&D programmes that develop the organisations people for the future
- Provide professional coaching and psychometric support to individuals and as part of wider initiatives as required
- Support the Senior Culture and Learning Partner and Culture Manager to plan learning activities that meet both current and future organisational needs
- Source quality external provision that meets business needs and promotes value for money, and ensure contracts are delivered effectively
- Design and deliver of a range of opportunities that develop future talent
- Develop tools and processes to evaluate the impact of initiatives
- Maintain sound knowledge of funding opportunities including the Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring the effective use and compliance of these across the business

**Requirements of the Learning Specialist;**
- Relevant level 4 qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Previous HR or culture change experience (desirable)
- CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Coaching and/or Psychometric Testing qualification (desirable)
