**Delivery of telesales for the FCA facility. Making high volume outbound sales calls to prospect as well as returning customers.**

- Ensure customers are provide with appropriate information
- Addressing rejected and problem customer agreements to secure successful processing
- Follow up on renewals where applicable to assist in achieving sales targets
- Maintain customer records, where applicable
- Assist when necessary with incoming calls
- Providing reporting information.
