Master Butcher

We are a professional butcher and grocery business. Our goal is to cater for customers near and far in a highly proficient manner. In addition to being a butcher shop, we also sell a range of world foods, spices, ingredients and groceries.

Our work environment includes:

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of a team.
- Refrigerate meat and poultry products before, during, and after display.
- Use knives properly to cut, slice, and trim meat and poultry products.
- Maintain cleanliness in the butchering area, ensuring that the work space is free from liquids, solids, and debris.
- Provide customers with product information and process orders accurately.
- Select raw materials from storage and prepare them for use in production.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials prior to production.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene during preparation work.

**Salary**: £26,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dundee, DD3 7BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Butchering: 5 years (preferred)
