**Flexi Administrator**

**Purpose of the role**

The post holder will be totally flexible in their approach to their job and tasks. They will learn all aspects of the administration and 3rd party site function and be proactive in their approach to their daily workload. As a result, they must be multi-functional and be able to drop into any of the roles within the team at any time.

**Accountabilities and responsibilities of the role**
- Responsible for dealing with customer claims and logging them on the ERP system and requesting authorisation, primarily Iceland
- Responsible for ensuring POD’s are received in a timely fashion and a POD is attached to every delivery within 72 hours
- Provide cover and support for the admin team.
- Responsible for processing all sales orders that come in to the business in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for allocating stock against sales orders that come in to the business in an accurate and timely manner - 3rd Party Site. Iceland and other customers
- Liaise with specific internal and external departments with regards to product, quality and stock levels.
- Daily communication with other departments in the business to ensure best use of resources
- Any other duties as and when the needs of the business dictate
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting departments

**Key skills and knowledge required**:

- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office in particular Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask whilst remaining calm and retaining a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Must be able to flex as the needs of the business dictate
- Must be proactive in seeking out tasks to be done and where support is needed
- Promote and be a team player within the team and to the wider business.
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual along with an excellent proven attendance record.
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to use own initiative and problem solve
- Ability to accurately process detailed information

**Any additional relevant information**:
The role requires flexibility and the ability to work under pressure often managing a number of critical issues at the same time. An ability to travel across the UK, therefore own car and valid driving licence would be preferable.

In addition, the post holder is required to understand and adhere to Keelings Company Values, and reflect these values in both behaviour and performance
