EA to HR Director
We are seeking an experienced EA - you will need to have working experiences and an understanding of HR functions and have supported at Director/board level previously.
Please be aware, this position is a 12 month fixed terms contract - our Client is hoping to have the right person start very quickly following successful interview. You will need to have availability from late February or the first week in March to supportand take on a smooth handover.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is one of the largest and most reputable media groups in the UK.
What will you be doing?
As EA you will support the HR Director(s) and a wider team of x6 senior level staff when required.
This will include:

- Extensive and busy diary management and planning.
- Committee work - meeting coordination, agenda's, minute taking etc.
- Information gathering and preparation of presentations.
- HR support including work with unions, projects, research and liaison, compiling reports.
- Correspondence reviews and follow ups.
- Relationship building internally and externally.
- Liaising with departments internally to resolve technical issues.
- Project support.
- Processing expenses and generating PO numbers.
- Maintaining filing systems.
- General administration support.
- Supporting across HR where required.
About You

The EA position is a 12 month fixed term contract and full-time across a 35 hour working week. The applicable salary range is £40,000pa-£50,000pa (dependent on experience). Our Client operates a hybrid working model or 3 days in-office however, flexibilityis required.
