The opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a leading Financial Services Practice which provides a highly personalised financial planning and investment management service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration of Group Schemes for Group Life, PHI, GPP, and PMI.
- Dealing with all aspects of running schemes, including writing to new members and underwriting requests.
- Dealing with renewal information and re-broking schemes as and when required.
- Processing new business including obtaining illustrations.
- Ensuring clients’ records are kept up to date on the back office system.
- Day to day administration of SSAS schemes, including members’ pension payments, payroll arrangements and liaising with HMRC re PAYE matters.

**What’s needed to be considered?**
- Previous experience using platforms and back office systems is advantageous
- Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
- Methodological approach and attention to detail
