Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Account Support Coordinator who will focus on managing high volumes of work orders, quotes/estimates generated by the client and reduce the volume through customer engagement, while supporting the 3 Account Managers in the delivery of the agreed contract with the client to ensure performance and KPIs are met.

About the Job:
The Account Support Coordinator will be responsible for actively reviewing aged work orders, quotes/estimates and ensuring communication with Distribution Centre clients and the 3 Account Managers to ensure completion of work orders in a timely manner. Other responsibilities include;
- Review outstanding WO volume and manage outstanding tasks
- Influence and work with client representatives in Distribution Centres to develop a culture of improvement and build effective relationships
- Chase and escalate work order volume related issues to point of resolution with supplier
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client, supplier, and internal teams (including Helpdesk and Supply Chain)

To be successful you will have:
A strong track record within the FM sector supporting account management activities

Experience engaging and influencing client stakeholders (desirable)

Good communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business

Strong numeracy and accuracy skills

An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables etc.

A proactive ‘self-starter’

Attention to detail

Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines

Ability to prioritise and manage own workload

Good analytical and organisational skills
