Due to the growth of our portfolio we have an amazing opportunity for a FInance Administrator to join our Finance team providing support to our Finance Leads.

**What’s the job role?**

The FInance Administrator support all members of the FInance team in daily administrative tasks including:

- Companies House administration, online and by post
- Working with Banking partners for KYC requirements
- Monitor company wide subscriptions
- Liaise with HMRC and respond to queries
- Be first point of contact for office calls
- Coordinate with benefits providers for starters and leavers
- Manage Group company recharges to portfolio companies

This would be an ideal first Finance role for an experienced Administrator or a Graduate looking to enter a career in Finance.

**Ideal requirements**
- Able to work from our Liverpool Hub 2x per week
- Experience in a high volume admin role, handling large volumes of information
- Company filing experience
- Great attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and coordinate own workload to meet deadlines
- Proactive and self sufficient
- Good numeracy skills

Starting Salary - £22,000
