**Duties**:

- Learn about the company's products, services, and sales techniques through training programs
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field
- Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,853.76 per year
