Responsibilities:

- Utilize HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Taleo to track and manage employee data
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Supervise and train HR staff on best practices and company policies
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics to senior management

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft and Taleo
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Experience supervising and leading a team
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders

**Salary**: £22,717.00-£25,870.00 per year
