**What you'll be doing**:

- Handling telephone enquiries and new customer referrals
- Allocating Care Assistants to customer visits and ensuring coverage
- Ensuring compliance with office procedures
- Assisting with wages and invoice processing

**You'll be great in this role if you are**:

- Committed to maintaining high standards
