You may already be working in care and looking for a new challenge, or maybe you have been thinking about changing career and fancy working in the care sector. Whatever your background, you should be the type of person who can enter a care home and quickly get a sense of what needs doing.

Supported by an excellent and experienced Registered Manager as well as a team of great colleagues, you will possess high standards and a drive to see tasks through to the end. Ideally, you will be the type of person who is willing to come forward and offer direct hands-on support. Someone who won’t go home until they’re happy that records have been completed, tasks have been handed over, and you’ve gone around and said good bye to the people you support.

If you can juggle with a million priorities each day, and leave work at the end of the shift knowing you have made a difference to just one of our residents, then we want to hear from you.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
