We are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC, full time role. The Senior HR will collaborate with Global functional managers across all levels to play a key role in supporting Group functions in their day-to-day activities. The Senior HR Advisor will work alongside the Global HR Business Partners supporting business leaders and team members to deliver HR support in a proactive manner.

The Senior HR Advisor will collaborate in the wider Group HR team, HR Shared Services, Recruitment, Rewards, and Talent Development to deliver People solutions which drive and support the business strategy to develop great people who are passionate about Dyson.

**About the Role**:

- Work closely with the business to drive core people processes. Manage and provide advice and recommendations on all people related issues.
- Coach, challenge and influence leaders & managers to develop leadership and team capability.
- Support the Global HR Business Partners in end-to-end organisational change that will improve the overall business performance and ensure our teams are as effective as they can be as well as being future ready.
- Work closely with the relevant HR Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners to define, deliver and measure Dyson’s culture and engagement initiatives across group functions
- Provide input to the Global HR Business Partner on reward and benefits requirements to ensure that they do not impact our ability to attract and retain talent.
- Review and analyse data to produce reports for key employee metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, and absence), identifying and investigating possible implications of issues/trends that show up as well as driving solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business initiatives through participating in multi-function project teams as required.
- Work in partnership with managers and senior leaders, advising and coaching them towards the resolution of employee relations issues.

**About You**:

- Excellent relationship building skills garnered in a fast-paced HR environment.
- A great communicator with the ability to influence and partner with Global functional managers and leaders at all levels of the business.
- Excellent generalist HR experience with exposure to matrixed organisations.
- Ability to demonstrate how you have supported people managers with initiatives that have made a positive impact on their team.
- Experience of leading on people processes such as salary and bonus review, performance moderation and talent management.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience of supporting the business with complex employee relations activity.
- Previous experience of Workday would be desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
