**Role: Energy Analyst**

**Location: Homebased (2 day per week in Lytham St Annes)**

**Salary:£25,000-£35,000**

**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Understand the clients requirements and contractual obligation to the client
- Provide a query management service in line with contracts

?Liaison with suppliers to resolve client invoicing errors
- Progress and manage queries with the suppliers in line with the contract
- Management of Supplier Relationships
- Hold KPI and regular calls/meetings with suppliers
- Support in identifying additional savings opportunities for a client
- Reporting such as Query/Saving reports, KPI Reports
- Support escalation of change of tenancies
- Support registrations and objections
- Support in invoice data completeness
- Support to increase in electronic data

**Skills and experience required**:

- Be analytical and numerate
- 1 year+ experience working within the Energy/Utility industry
- Have a great attention to detail
- Think with initiative and confidently approach problems.
- Can provide world-class customer service
- Have strong quantitative skills
- Be able to develop thoughtful opinions
