We’re currently recruiting for a **HR Coordinator - Projects **to join the Construction HR Programmes team.

**Location**: Rushden, Northamptonshire with flexible/hybrid working available
**Contract**: Permanent, full-time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

**Responsibilities**

In this HR Coordinator - Projects role you will coordinate and support the delivery of change and improvement projects across the Construction Business. You will support our HR team to develop and maintain project documentation including project scope, plan, roles and responsibilities matrix and maintain a schedule of activity and events. You’ll also prepare project communications including ‘how to’ guides, training scripts where required and support information sharing with key stakeholders. This role will also involve sourcing and analysing data for specific projects and utilising a flexible approach to handle multiple projects.
