**School Cleaning Supervisor - split shift**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Lewisham (Prendergast Ladywell School)

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time School Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team at Prendergast Ladywell School in Lewisham. This is a permanent position working a split shift 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 09:30 / 14:00 to 18:00.

**The role**:

- Reporting to the Service Manager
- To supervise the cleaning team at Prendergast Ladywell School
- To arrange shift including organising the workload and staff cover
- To carry out cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule and provide cover for other cleaners in their absence
- To ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned and returned to designated storerooms
- To carry out site inspections including offices and cleaner’s cupboards and keep audit forms up to date
- To train and motivate staff in order to maintain consistency of service delivery
- Working 4- hours per week, a split shift from 05:30 to 09:30 / 14:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

**The person**:

- Previous experience in supervising a team and cleaning skills are essential
- Will have a flexible, can-do attitude
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Good standard of both written and spoken communication including IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A relevant qualification - BICS qualification would be preferred - and a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Able to obtain DBS clearance (due to working alongside children)
