Personal Assistants

**Hours Per Week**:2 x 6 hr posts/per week. 2 x casual workers/holiday cover.

**Pay Rate**:£10.50 (pay award pending)

We are looking for a small team of 2 Personal Assistants (Care Support Workers) and 2 casual workers to cover holidays. The roles involve supporting a 52 year old woman, with autism, agoraphobia, PTSD and general social anxiety. She is looking for support, gaining confidence to access and engage the community with creative pursuits.

Duties to include prompting personal care, Meal prep and prompting meals, Prompting cleaning of home, Helping to ensure that bills are paid on time, Managing appointments.

She enjoys cultural activities, attending museums and art galleries, National Trust heritage and libraries. She also enjoys attending talks on her interests, reading factual books, gardening, knitting, crochet and fibre art.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**:
Applicants must have a strong and caring attitude, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. We are looking for people with passion and energy to ensure our client has positive outcomes and a fulfilling life.

Applicants are advised that females are preferred and must have a clean driver’s license and be a non-smoker.

An awareness of autism is advantageous. Female applicants preferred.

This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups).
