**Finance Business Partner - Retford -£50,000 - £55,000 (Hybrid working)**
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a market-leading, international business in Retford to assist with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join their existing group team on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will see you join a fast-paced rapidly growing business, you will report into the Group Head of Finance. You will work with the key cost centres and functional areas in the Group centre to provide insight into financial performance, aid planning andforecasting and deliver a strong reporting process. You will have the ability to proactively partner the key Group Exec’s and board level.
**Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities**:

- Annual budgeting for Group central cost base and 3-year business plans
- Liaise with senior leads including Group Head of Finance, Group FP&A and Divisional Business partners to define budgeting process
- Quarterly reforecasting/reporting and liaising with relevant budget holders as necessary
- Monthly reporting pack on central cost base, including variance analysis and commentary around performance
- Act as IT Business Partner to provide insight and a strong understanding including cost bases, supplier cost analysis, user/cost modelling and work closely with the Senior IT Team
- Working alongside Group FP&A on Capex reporting and updates
- Support with the integration of newly acquired businesses into any central budgeting requirements
- Work with the Group Management Accountant to ensure deadlines are met, and efficient working monthly processes
- Qualified or passed finalist CIMA/ACCA
- With a proven practical background in a similar commercial, Finance Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment (along with experience in as many of the areas above as possible)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including Senior executive management
- The client wants to see applicants who can deliver and be proactive in their approach
- Budgeting and Planning experience as well as monthly reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
