Construction Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.

**Duties**:

- Perform general construction duties as directed by the supervisor
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
