We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Warehouse Manager on a Full Time basis to work for a busy and growing business based in Cheadle. This role will be responsible for leading and motivating the team and managing the entire operations in the absenceof the Warehouse Manager. The Deputy Warehouse Manager will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the department supporting where necessary, also using their time to identity key areas that requirement improvement.
This role is paying up to GBP26,500pa
What will you be doing as a Deputy Warehouse Manager?
- Deputies for the Warehouse Manager when required.
- Be fully aware of all client SLAs in relation to picking and delivery
- Works collaboratively with other departments / business areas to ensure client requirements are met
- Understands health & safety procedures
- Supports with training & guidance to colleagues

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good IT Skills
- Competent Numeracy skills
- Ability to work within a team whilst using you own initiative
- Must be organised, have the ability to multitask and plan workload
- A flexible attitude to covering workload and absences
