Coach Builder

**Key Objectives**

You will be working in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on a production line. You will be responsible for assisting in producing a finished trailer or vehicle body to a high level of quality. You will be working with various materials including hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium and working from technical drawings. A high level of skill is required to perform various tasks including assembly of parts, drilling, cutting, riveting, welding and grinding.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Following technical drawings and specification sheets
- Must be able to work individually or as part of a team to meet production targets
- Following clear instructions from team members and senior colleagues
- Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining production area housekeeping
- Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.

**Key skills and experience**
- Hands on manufacturing experience ideally in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing
- High quality assembly experience of specified materials such as hardwoods, fibreglass, steel and aluminium
- Demonstrate skillset using various hand tools
- Reading and working from drawings
- Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained

**We have opportunities on both our Day and Night shift for this position -**
- **Day shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays 3:30pm)**:

- Day shift salary ranging from £32,780.00 - £38,239.00pa, (£15.19 - £17.72 per hour)
- Overtime Monday - Friday paid at 1.25 x the hourly rate
- Overtime on weekends paid at 1.5 x the hourly rate
- **Night shift: Monday - Thursday 7:45pm - 6:00am**:

- (Friday evening overtime paid at time and half)
- Guaranteed minimum of 2.5 hours overtime per week
- Night shift salary ranging from £35,429.00 - £41,350.00 per year (£17.47 - £20.39 per hour)
