The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a UHNW family who are seeking a high calibre individual to take up the role of Head Housekeeper at their Cotswold residence.

The family split their time between LA, London and the Cotswolds and reside here for approximately 2/3rds of the year (typically over weekends and school holidays). When the family are in residence your work pattern would be, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. During the periods when they are not in the Cotswolds you will typically work less, however full flexibility is required.

As a leading member of the household team, your duties will include:

- Overseeing and supporting the cleaner with housekeeping duties, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry and organising of the property
- Maintaining inventories and ordering house supplies as and when necessary, or as directed
- Liaising with the Chef, ensuring food provisions for the family are at the premises
- Undertake regular walk-throughs of the premises and report any issues to the wider team, liaising with the appropriate vendors/tradesperson/contractors to fix any such issues
- Keep and update a tracker for any regular maintenance works that may be required at the premises.
- Reconcile the petty cash and credit cards used on a monthly basis for all expenses incurred in relation to the premises.
- Liaise with vendors such as florists, gardeners, pool companies or any other individuals or entities needed
- Oversee any tradesperson/contractors at the premises as and when necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable, reliable and positive individual who lives locally, either in or around the OX7 area. Experience of working for a UHNW family in a similar setting is essential.

Hours of work are typically: 11am - 7/8pm

**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000
