I am currently working with a consultacy who are working with a large energy company, This requirement will be for the Digita team that focuses on Learning ecosystem and employee experience, the Product xpert will closely work with UX team.

**Job description**:
**Tasks**:

- Continuous UX audit of all DE platforms (collecting pain points, areas of improvements and change requests along the user flow)
- UX design implementation: agile project management with focus on defining user stories & backlog management, ongoing UX testing of new design, planning & monitoring design implementation.

Expertise needed:

- Product owner experience (working with kanban, ticket systems)
- Transfer of user requirements into user stories
- Planning UX design implementation & roll-outs
- Experience with building digital products (iterative, agile processes)

About contract
- 6 months
- £550 - £600 a day inside IR35
- once a month travel to Germany
