**Shifts between 5pm and 4am**

These solutions create opportunities for drivers, businesses, retailers and consumers to move big and bulky things in a way they haven’t before.

With our recent acquisition of the Tuffnells Parcels Express brand, we have taken a significant leap towards disrupting the logistics and delivery market. We have ambitious plans to relaunch the brand and propel Shift to become the leading provider of IDW delivery services.

We use AI-driven routing to match van and truck capacity of drivers already on the road, ensuring that consumers and businesses have access to a reliable and flexible moving service that operates on their schedule.

**The opportunity as a Shunter**:
We are offering a remarkable opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Shunter to join our Brierley Hill depot who will play a key role in the exciting relaunch of Tuffnells Parcels Express.

In this role. your primary duties will involve the movement of 45ft trailers, demount boxes and drags to the correct bays inline with the hub operation, in a timely and safe manner. In this role you will be responsible for championing a positive culture of health and safety.

**Responsibilities included as a Shunter**:

- Yard management
- Movement of 45ft trailers, demount boxes and drawbar trailers
- Championing health and safety cultures.
- Recording of inbound and outbound trunk movements
- Maintaining a high level of yard security
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness
- Role flexibility inline with the needs of the business

**What you need to bring**:
Essential:

- Valid Category C+E driving licence or shunters licence
- Valid CPC card

Desirable:

- Experience of yard management, training can be given
