**What will I be doing**:
The main duties of the role include:

- Handling a portfolio of corporate clients to deliver work to budget and deadlines.
- Preparing corporation tax provisions, computations, and tax returns.
- Advising on corporation tax liabilities.
- Assisting with general taxation matters as necessary.
- Communication with HM Revenue & Customs.
- General administration.
- Assisting managers with client queries and specialist advisory projects.
- Progression on to more complex taxation work with support of our experienced staff.
- Work towards your professional qualifications with full study support on offer.

**What skills are we looking for**:
You will be:

- A recent university graduate or final year university student with good academic results and transferable skills.
- Alternatively, you will have relevant transferrable skills gained through your work experience and may be looking for a change of career.
- Looking to pursue a career in tax, with an interest in corporate tax.
- Willing to study towards and achieve professional qualifications, which will be supported by the firm.
- Able to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills from your academic / work experience.
- A confident communicator who can develop positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including with tax colleagues, clients, and other colleagues across the firm.
- Organised and able to work in an accurate and timely manner with demonstrable project management skills.
