**Job Title: Teaching Assistant/Tutor**

School in Crawley which is a dynamic educational community dedicated to nurturing young minds. The School blends traditional values with modern teaching methods to create an engaging learning environment. They are a small independent school for pupils with autism, aged 4-19.

**Hours**:8:45 am - 5 pm (Monday - Thursday), 4:30pm finish on Fridays

**Pay**:Starting salary of £22,755 - £23,868 (depending on experience)

**Position Overview**:
The school seeks a passionate Teaching Assistant/Tutor to support classroom instruction and provide personalised guidance to students.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Support**:Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide individualised attention to students.
- **Personalised Instruction**:Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Assist in assessing student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and teachers.
- **Behavioural Support**:Foster a positive learning environment by promoting good behaviour and offering guidance on social and emotional development.
