**About us**

The Kensington is a guest accommodation situated on the most picuresque part of Great Yarmouth seafront opposite the beach and landscaped gardens of the Victorian waterways. A beautiful, peaceful location yet only a short walk to all the excitement of the Golden Mile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customer complaints.
- Expand the business to increase sales and profits.
- Conduct employee training and motivate the employees to do their best every day.
- Research and implement new ways to increase sales and profits.
- Expand the business to increase sales and profits.
- Ensure that the wait staff, restaurant cleaners, and administrative staff are doing their job.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
