**HEAD OF INFLIGHT SERVICES**

We are currently hiring a Head of Inflight Service to be based in one of our main clients. Permanent position and based in Luanda (Angola).

This position is responsible for enabling the operator's cabin crew to deliver onboard service excellence by making the required necessary changes to transform the current on-board service into a 5-star customer experience.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Create an inflight customer service transformation plan
- Actively seek new opportunities to improve and develop IFS processes and policies with a focus on efficiency and consistency
- Liaise with key internal departments/stakeholders to implement new product and service initiatives - Responsible for the management and development of the inflight procedures and processes in all key onboard service areas to include food and drink menus and rotations, inflight customer service, inflight sales, etc.
- Liaise with the network of catering providers looking for continuous service improvement
- Manage ancillary KPIs to include revenue, shrinkage and wastage while ensuring simple and consistent communications to crew in respect of on-board sales
- Responsible for the co-ordination and management of inflight services input into the design, training, delivery and measurement of service delivery initiatives including development of the service flows for all fleets

**Requirements**:

- Experienced airline manager, senior cabin crew leader and/or senior inflight service supervisor or instructor with a minimum of 3 years background in a top-class service airline with business and/or first-class passenger configuration
- Proven track record and experience of implementing change to support delivery of business objectives
- Experience at a training, supervisory or management level in a large high standards long-haul airline.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills (proficiency in English is essential). Portuguese language is a plus. Conditions
