The role reports to the Director of People & Culture as a key part of the Pan Macmillan people team.

**Key tasks of the role include**:

- Develop and lead a high-functioning Talent Acquisition strategy, which meets the hiring needs of the business and aligns with Pan Macmillan's strategic objectives
- Oversee the employer branding strategy, utilising social media and the company
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive
- Work closely with recruitment agencies, when required, to fill vacancies in a timely
manner
and develop strategies for continuous improvement
- Consider best in class employer lists and awards which would enable Pan Macmillan to attract more talent
- Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture and other leaders to forecast and
plan talent acquisition needs for the business.
- Proficient knowledge of recruitment practices, talent acquisition strategies, and
employer branding
- Strong networking skills and familiarity working with recruitment agencies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience using social media for branding and recruitment purposes
- Solid experience with HR metrics and analysing employee feedback data

This is a full time, permanent role, and will be based in our offices in Farringdon, London, with some flexibility to work from home each week.
