Day to day not only includes driving our boats but involves selling our service to passing customers and helping keep the boat in good order on slower days and assisting with regular training to keep us all ship shape.

The job is easy once you are confident as Cardiff Bay is fairly quiet and the boats you will train on is simple to handle and typically take 6 weeks to get to grips. You need to be able to get to and from Cardiff Marina and Penarth Marina (near The Cardiff Barrage) as our boats dock in these areas. Payment is minimum wage whilst training, then increases depending on the operations you work on and the specific qualifications you gain. If you have existing qualifications and certificates that are valid this may be adjusted.

The company will provide your shirt and jacket for your uniform but we ask that you wear black trousers/shorts and black trainers/non-slip shoes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
