**What is the opportunity?**

**Prior global mobility knowledge is not required. They will also support other members of the team on various projects across pay and benefits.**

**What will the role look like?**
- Coordination of visa renewals in a timely manner.
- Accountable for reporting to the visa specialist on changes to sponsored employees' circumstances, such as project location, salary, long term sickness or leaving the business
- Dealing with everyday Reward queries, including helping to manage the Reward mailbox.
- Monthly processing of notifications to Payroll, and other administration, regarding enrolment of employees on various benefits.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Able to operate in a confidential and sensitive manner
- Strives to continually improve processes and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and to consistently meet deadlines
- Able to prioritise workload
- Embraces change and innovation
- Awareness of GDPR requirements
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable drafting documents in Word and Powerpoint
