**Receptionist / Administrator - Whiteley/Fareham - £25,000 - full time hours based in the office - own transport essential due to location**
We are supporting a well established and hugely successful construction company who have moved to new offices in the Whiteley area, and they are looking for a receptionist/administrator to support their management team.
You will be working with people who are very passionate about what they do, and this is why they have a great reputation within the industry.
**The Receptionist / Administrator duties are**:
- Reception duties including answering the telephone, meeting and greeting guests, and managing the daily post and deliveries
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and prepared for meetings.
- Administrative Support to Directors and Project Managers
- Update and schedule meetings
- Chasing paperwork from subcontractors/ project Supervisors
- Ordering equipment and making sure they are delivered on time.
- Maintain& Update training records for staff and sub-contractors.
- Assist booking training courses / seminars.
- Maintaining and updating equipment calibration and vehicle logs.
- Maintain ISO9001 paperwork for the site works department.
**Key attributes**:
- Organised with good initiative and forward thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office 365, Word, Excel & OneDrive.
- Confident, bright, and enthusiastic
- Able to multi-task and manage a busy workload.
