**Main Duties**:

- Assist Management Accounts ensuring that all finance administration tasks are controlled and completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Raise purchase orders (PO’s) for all stock purchases.
- Ensure stock costs at events are reconciled promptly, ensuring Warehouse, Suppliers and Client movements are all captured and reconciled.
- Post journals to ensure GRNI and other accruals are in place for month end.
- Ensure all spend on company credit card is firstly approved and Vat receipts are retained for submission to Certify.
- Raise purchase orders on behalf of operations department to ensure accurate reporting on costs.
- Report weekly on outstanding purchase orders.
- Assist the ledger team processing PDQ receipts and payments to the bank accounts in Sage.
- Assist with PDQ reconciliations and matching on the system.
