Cannon Hall Farm is looking for a full time baker to work in our on site bakery that produces goods for our Farm Shop & on site restaurants. Working days are as follows: Sunday - Thursday. At least 1 years previous bakery experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, confectionary, cakes, meat pies etc.
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
- Assist with inventory management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a baker is essential
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
