Are you a passionate and qualified nursery practitioner dedicated to providing exceptional care and early childhood education? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join TimePlan Education and work in schools and nurseries in Southampton.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Child Care and Development**:Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support each child's development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

**Curriculum Implementation**:Follow and contribute to the nursery's curriculum, ensuring it meets regulatory standards.
Develop and adapt activities to cater to the individual needs and interests of the children.

**Observation and Assessment**:Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.

**Health and Safety**:Prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any concerns promptly.

**Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a nursery setting.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
