The Tofoo Co in just 8 years has become the UK market leader in tofu & turnover has increased from £600k to £24 million and now employs more than 130 people.

We are looking for a motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail to join our team and help support the day-to-day finance of the business. **Reporting into the Finance Director, the successful applicant will work closely with various functions across the business.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the purchase ledger.
- Ensure invoices are approved in accordance with company policies.
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.
- Reconciling accounts to supplier statements.
- Raising and resolving invoice disputes with suppliers.
- Onboarding new suppliers for the company and ensuring that all relevant information is received.
- Management and reconciliation of petty cash.
- Processing employee expenses / credit card statements.
- To support colleagues with ad-hoc work.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Good attention to detail.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Good numerical skills.
- Are forward thinking and always looking to make improvements.
- Able to work well within a team and on your own too.
- Previous experience of working within a finance function preferable.
- Experience of working with SAP Business One and Microsoft Office would be an advantage, but not essential.

Office based - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
