**About the Role**

The Centre for Academic Development and Quality (CADQ) are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Academic Practice team as **Scholarship Administrator**.

The Academic Practice team work to support and empower academic and professional services colleagues throughout their careers to develop and enhance their expertise and scholarship in learning and teaching.
- Are you a confident self-starter and team player?
- Are you highly organised with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills?
- Do you have proven experience in producing and maintaining documentation for meetings, events management and diary management?
- Do you have proven experience in the use of finance and purchasing systems?
- Are you proficient in the use of all Microsoft office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams?
- Can you demonstrate your experience of prioritising tasks, but also have the ability to respond accordingly to unplanned requests for administration support?

In addition to your role as Scholarship Administrator within CADQ, you will be part of our wider team of experienced Administrators. As part of this wider team you will be required to support with the delivery of professional frontline reception services for all teams within the department, assisting with the welcoming of visitors to CADQ, preparation of interviews, arranging of refreshments and room bookings.
