Internal Sales Engineer

Successful manufacturer is looking to add to their internal sales team with an additional Sales Engineer. The Internal Sales Engineershould be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who has a strong desire to learn and grow within the business. Although notessential for the role, experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

**Duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Assist in maintaining key customer accounts & relationships for both UK and Export sales
- Raise and review commercial and technical quotations
- Review and process customer purchase orders, working with specialist software
- Following up quotations and leads
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure the order process runs smoothly, from start to finish
- Support the wider sales team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail orientated; strong work ethic & a positive 'can do’ attitude
- Follows management directions to achieve results
- Excellent planning, organisation & communication skills
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn
- Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team
- Educated to BA Hons in Business or Mechanical Engineering (Desirable but not essential)
