IT Technician

My client is a highly reputable, leading national company looking to expand their team further. They are seeking a IT Technician to join their buoyant and professional team.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday - Friday but hybrid working is available.

The purpose of the role is to provide IT support to over 200 users, you will be on hand to support users both in person and remote.

They are seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to join their expanding team and provide their employees excellent IT support.

This is a full time, permanent position where full training and support will be provided. You will be given the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the IT process, the salary is dependent on experience but you can expect between £25,000 - £28,000.

**Responsibilities include**:

- IT troubleshooting faults on hardware and software
- Set up of equipment and logins for new staff
- Support with the delivery of projects
- Responding to technical requests and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Experience in a similar IT Technician position
- Experience within a commercial IT setting
- Office 365 experience
- Active Directory and VMware knowledge
