**8 Key things we would like to see**:

- Experience gained within **Selling** into home and international markets across the **Automotive Aftermarket, OE / OES, Commercial Vehicle, Off Highway, Agricultural, Marine sectors.**:

- A demonstrable **Sales** & **Business Development** track record of **Automotive Lighting** or **Automotive Electronics** into re-sellers, **OE**, **OES** or non-car **OEM's**.
- **Senior Sales** professional able to handle large volume accounts able to display slick business skills and personal gravitas to engage business heads and stakeholders at the most senior level.
- Strong **Business Development** and **Sales Hunter** persona, with a focus and passion for opening up new opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Relentless attitude towards meeting targets and over achievement, able to bring people with you and influence all departments within the business.
- Excellent communicator, smart in appearance, industrious and creative nature.
- Organised and disciplined approach towards meeting preparation.
- Logical thinker, able to think on the spot and recognise business opportunities.
