Transport Planner

**Position**:Transport Planner / Administrator
- **Salary**: £23,000 to £25,000 based on experience
- **Location**: Brighton
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Fully office based role in central Brighton

We are recruiting for a Transport Planner or Logistics Administrator to join a well established international logistics and transportation company to be based at their office in central Brighton.

Daily responsibilities of the Transport Planner / Logistics Administrator role are:

- planning and coordinating transport movements and motivating carriers
- monitoring daily processes in line with KPIs
- administration of transportation orders
- monitoring carrier performance

You will need to have strong communication and administration skills including a high level of attention to detail and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

You'll need previous experience and knowledge in transport and logistics. Any experience as a Transport Administrator or Transport Planner would be a distinct advantage.

The position offers between £23,000 and £25,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
