IT Technician

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Providing technical advice and assistance to staff and members regarding the use of computer hardware, software, and systems; standalone and networked.
- Performing installation, configuration, upgrading, repair and maintenance of computer hardware, software, peripherals, cabling, systems, servers and audio-visual display equipment.
- Providing IT and operational support including relocation of equipment, space management, cable management, event support and asset tracking.
- Liaise with third parties and businesses as required for specialist IT Support.
- Supporting the phone system.
- Administering intranet, extranet and website with permission sets within the Active Directory.
- Maintain and support the existing network.
- Troubleshoot and solve network issues.
